Job Description:
As the Kia Workshop Controller at Birchwood Kia, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service department. Your role will involve managing a team of technicians, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workshop Management:
- Supervise a team of technicians and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Allocate work orders based on skill level, expertise, and workload.

- Quality Assurance:

Requirements:
